Payment Plan

Terms & Conditions

  • Payment for Precision and Executive Projects:
    • 50% advance and 50% upon delivery; or
    • What's defined in the proposed payment plan.
  • Payment for Product Partnerships: 100% of monthly hours (or agreed monthly fee) in arrears.
  • During the introduction phase, the technical requirements and initial scopes with which the project was quoted will be detailed. If the client wishes to include more and these have a significant impact on the complexity and/or development time, they must be quoted as an annex to the project and will only be carried out with the client's authorisation.
  • In the Architecture, Design, and Building phases, the client will have 2 rounds of changes. Each round of changes will last 3 calendar days. The client must send all comments, feedback, and changes no later than the next business day. If the client exceeds the number of days, the next round of changes will come into effect. If the time is exceeded or more changes are required after the 2 established rounds, they will be worked at a cost of MXN$750.00 per hour only with the client's authorization.
  • Changes and adjustments in the Building phase do not include the development of additional sections, pages, or functionalities, as well as changes in design that were approved in the UI/UX Design phase. If required, they will be worked at a cost of MXN$750.00 per hour only with the client's authorization.
  • The final designs are the property of the client, who authorises Panorama to use them as part of its work portfolio, advertising materials, on its website. Preliminary designs are the property of Panorama.
  • The fulfillment of the project times depends on the timely delivery of content by the client. The times contemplated for the project are based on previous experiences in similar projects.
  • Under no circumstances will refunds of advances or payments made by the client be made. If the project is canceled before completion, the client agrees to settle the work provided by Panorama, who will provide the materials worked on up to that point.
  • This proposal does not include costs for content gathering in photo or video, or text writing.
  • If additional tasks, requirements or projects come up during Product Partnerships, these will be quoted as a separate project or additional hours subject to client approval.
  • This quote includes hosting configuration, domain, and email setup in Google Workspace with a 20% code during the first year. Any costs that may arise from any of these items will be borne by the client and only the platforms proposed with their prior authorization will be used.
  • This quote contemplates workloads, project times, and Panorama's team as of the date of presentation. If it is approved after 30 calendar days, it must be reviewed if the conditions allow respecting the same cost. If it cannot be respected, it will have to be re-quoted and the client must authorize the new budget to start.
  • Projects will start once the transfer/deposit receipt is counted and the advance payment is reflected in Panorama's bank account or through the means agreed with the client.
